Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT SHOULD I BRING:

Absolutely nothing. You simply need to come with your love one and a willingness to connect and learn.  We provide massage tables, partitions for privacy, linens, blankets, lotions/oils and samples of Bedroom Kandi to taste and try during the class.  We also provide wine, and non-alcoholic beverages for you to drink.  If you enjoyed your experience and want to say “Thank you “to your instructor, gratuities are always welcomed and very much appreciated.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR:

For lower body classes only- all participates are required to wear shorts while being massaged.  Disposable shorts will be available for purchase and required to be worn should individuals forget.  Other than that, we recommend wearing loose comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in.  Your clothing should also be easy to remove to make your skin easily accessible. Removing articles of clothing is completely optional depending on individual preference and comfort level. Proper draping will be encouraged and only the area being massaged will be exposed at any given time.  Partitions will be provided to ensure each couples’ privacy and our instructors will assist every student to feel safe.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require a 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule to avoid a charge of 100% of the class cost.  All classes are non refundable.  In the case of an emergency situation, exemptions from this policy will be made with written documentation only.

WHAT IF WE ARE RUNNING LATE OR NO SHOW FOR CLASS?

Late arrivals will not be admitted into the class after the 5 minute grace period. Doors open for class 15 minutes till the scheduled start time to allow time to fill out necessary paperwork, grab a glass of wine and get settled. We simply do not allow late arrivals in order to respect the other couples in the class. If you arrive late, no show and or cancel within 24 hours, you will be asked to pay a small hosting fee of $20 in order to reschedule for another class.  We appreciate your cooperation.

WHO SHOULD NOT ATTEND:

Even though you may love massage and want to attend a class, you should not book if you are a single person. Unfortunately, two people are required to attend the class. No exceptions.

If you or your partner have any major health concerns that would prohibit massage or any illnesses, lesions, wounds or cystic acne in the areas being massaged, you should not attend a class until the issue has resolved.

If you are pregnant, please email us for approval before signing up for a class.
